I been going to this place for 2 years and today was the worst service I ever got. The guy lied about other staff being there and was a dick when I showed my ID. There was younger people then me going in with out being IDed. Never again. Go somewhere else to get better service.
Nice selection of stuff but some staff aren't very nice. I came in with my two kids a while ago (my mistake, I own that) immediately I was told they had to wait outside. That day was hot and also the glass is frosted so I wouldn't be able to see them if they were outside. Leaving them in my car was also not an option. Again, it was hot out that day. I didn't feel comfortable with those options, so I decided I was just going to leave. Before I did, a women told me that I could order online and they could bring product outside for me. That option seemed much more reasonable, but I had already made up my mind that I was going to leave and my husband can come back later. Fast-forward a couple-ish weeks, I walk in and the same guy was there who suggested my kids wait outside. I chose to just be friendly and move on... I said Hi with a smile. He just stood there and didn't say anything. Even as I approached the desk, he remained quiet. I ordered my things and left. He did say "have a good one." As I was leaving, but I was already too upset to remain positive. I don't know if he was behaving like that because he remembered me, or if it was because he was always this unfriendly.
With that being said, I'm not mad about the no kids rule. I get it. Store rules are store rules. Mentioning these rules to customers in a friendly manner is important as well as providing other options. I, personally, will not be returning here due to the customer service of this one individual.
Parking was a bit tight, but once inside Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out pretty quickly which is what I like.
Always very friendly and helpful. Great deals. Great products.
