PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE of my life !!! I went to purchase a half quarter and when I got to the store, the gentleman sold me "catch me outside brand" and when I got home, the seal was open and it was underweight …….. the weed was DRY and GROSS!!!!!!!!!! when I called the store to ask why the seal was open…… and I didn't feel comfortable he said to come back and that he would refund me, but when I get back to the store, they lied and the foreign type of manager started an argument with me and started having a fight with me over the phone. This was so VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! I'm going to be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and making it public the video I took, because I felt very disappointed and disrespected by the actions of the " manager " and store employees. You will never see me spend another DIME there EVER or support that company Paradise ever again

Absolutely disgusting budtenders with no understanding of personal hygiene. Finger nails 1 foot long and a stench that will make you gag. Owner is clearly taking advantage of cheap imported labor while screwing over the previous employees. Do not support such horrendous business practices. I am have in no way ever worked at this establishment nor do i have any association with previous employees. I'm not related to true north cannabis as suggested by another review. I can provide proof of purchase to prove I've been In the store recently.

Come here for all my weed stuff, usually my go to spot.. staff is very good everytime I have come in.. today went in and idk if new owners took over but it wasn't same experience. I brought a 40 dollar grinder I purchased about 5 months ago here.. I was told it had life time warranty which is great, was told if it breaks or anything happens to it to just bring it in and will be replaced. Anyways went in to bring my broken grinder and they asked for proof of purchase which I'm sorry didn't keep my receipt from 5 months ago for a grinder as I figured they would just honour what they said as they sell this specific one and I wasn't told to keep receipt and basically they said to bad and wouldn't honour what they say. So I left the grinder there as it's broken and I have no use for it and I won't be returning .. plenty of other weed stores in fort Erie.
