The employees are the reason for my rating. They are very rude and have no respect if you ask them a question they respond as if you're a bum from the streets of Toronto asking them for money. The atmosphere is nice, and they do have a large variety of product, but the customer service is the reason why I will never return to this establishment.

Came in today around 5pm, completely ignored after I was let in from the id check and served customers that came in after me first, very disrespectful young man and young female. Also I look underage and they did not ask for an id check at door or at the counter, awful service.

I would probably rate this store more than just 5 stars. The entire staff is extremely helpful & supportive. Zhanay especially, has served me multiple times with such calmness, despite the shitty customers who come in and misbehave with the staff. There was this particular incident that happenend during the early morning hours when this assholic customer started misbehaving when his ID was asked before entering the store. Hats off to Zhanay that maintained calm during the entire fracas and made sure to attend him till checkout. Great variety, amazing prices and friendly staff. ❤️🙌🏻

My favourite Cannabis shop! The member prices are the lowest I've seen! My experience in this store is always great! Huge shoutout to Philip and Baz for always making my shopping experience great! Both Baz and Philip have always exceeded expectations when it comes to knowledge and customer service! Definitely recommend! :)
