I want to start off by saying that I don't normally write reviews but this one is well deserved! We came in here the other night and were greeted by Tegan (hope I'm spelling that correctly) if I'm not my apologies! She was extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond! She asked us what we were looking for, which they did not have but told us that they could order it in and possibly have it in by their Tuesday shipment, which is amazing. She also gave us other reasonably priced recommendations similar to what we were looking for. I'd say this cannabis stores only competition is YBH and that's because of pricing only! But with staff like Tegan who have amazing customer service skills I will definitely be back here again. I'm a loyal customer to YBH and I've never received that level of customer service walking through their doors ever! Thank you Tegan!
