I had a fantastic experience at this store! The atmosphere is inviting and the cleanliness is impeccable. I was especially impressed by Alora, who attended to me. She is incredibly friendly, has a great personality, and is very knowledgeable about the products. Her exceptional service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

Weirdest employees i have ever seen at a shop, multiple times have i heard them in the store giggling and having convos while I wait in the hallway, had the employee on the evening shift march 29, 2024 turn me away at 7;59 and specifically waited to let me in after closing so i wouldnt be able to shop, entirely childish and unprofessional

I've never been disrespected so badly at a place where I am gonna go and spend my money where the staff will end up making money on me and having jobs to live their daily lives to stand outside the door to hear the conversations of people inside giggling, and there's only one. Person inside and they could have helped people outside. Three people waiting at the door or it's unacceptable I suggest the staff that are inside. Maybe shouldn't be smoking the product. So, this way, they can actually pay attention to see who comes in and out of the actual store. I give customer service here a one
