Kyon was excellent and took care of me during my visit. It would be great if there was a loyalty system beyond what is available now. Perhaps extra perks or services for those who qualify for spending a certain amount a month or a year.

I've been to this dispensary multiple times, but my last two visits were so frustrating that I won't be coming back. Both times, I dealt with the same man with the orange beard, and his attitude was awful. The first time, he was extremely judgmental, making the experience uncomfortable. The second time, I was picking up for myself and a friend who is legally of age, and they refused to sell to me. I understand following the rules, but he takes his job way too seriously to the point where it feels unnecessary and unwelcoming. There are plenty of other dispensaries with better customer service—I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had an absolute riot of the time at this place. Not only are the employees the nicest and most charismatic group, they're also exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire cannabis world. I have to give a special shoutout to the tall guy Eric! From the minute I walked in it was positive vibes and he has an honest sixth sense on what to recommend you. This guy's a PROPER budtender and I will most definitely be coming back. 10/10
