This place is a gem! It is exactly what a dispensary experience should be. The staff here are amazing. The store has an incredible selection for sure, but its the product knowledge and excellent customer service from employees like Eric that keep me coming back. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are never rushed or pressured and leave feeling happy. His welcoming demeanor, and thoughtful recommendations have been spot on! A very positive experience! That's what really stands out for me. Thank you Eric!

I didn't get the best customer service when I was there this evening. Not sure if the employee just was having an off day, but I felt very rushed. So I stepped aside to go on the website because I wasn't getting any help in finding what I wanted. I found what i wanted and the person got it but just not great customer service at all. 😞

The staff at buzzed buds always does their best and will go the extra mile to leave you satisfied. Cat - the peak of bud tenders, encyclopedic level of knowledge and warm personality. Kyon - the chillest bud tender around with great hands on experience with a variety of strains. Selina - Incredibly friendly, fun and artistic with a great understanding of the inventory. Eric - Amazing product knowledge with incredible depth, never had a bad interaction.

According to google it claims Staff : Employees are described as easy-going and helpful, contributing to a positive environment for all experience levels. Today's experience was non of the above. The ginger with the ponytail has zero manners and was not easy going or helpful he was the complete opposite and definitely did not contribute to a positive environment. He embarrassed the guy ahead of me in line as if he was trying to make him look stupid in front of other customers. I could write a chapter of how bad my experience was however I'll just end by saying that this staff member needs to be trained on people skills not just customer service. How can you be so miserable working in a pot shop?!?!?
