If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Once again, they close two hours early with a petty notice on the door. They do this at least once or twice a week. Dependable? Chain owned? Must not be if they have doctors hours. DO BETTER.

I went in there for the first time after seeing the promotion on the website about getting 20% off your first order. I signed up there and then was told that it's actually 20% off my next order. The lady was really rude and unwilling to help resolve the confusion. I expect more from an established franchise.

So I've been coming to this place frequently, and my service has always been okay. Always recieved what I ordered. A month ago I placed an online order for 2 packs of joints and a couple carts. I go pick up my order, don't get offered a receipt. Don't think anything of it, I just take my order and walk out, I don't check it. My bad. Do keep in my mind though, this is the only employee that has served me who will let you go without your receipt. Even if i get carts, they make me wait ofr my receipt incase something is wro g with it. By the time I got to my house I realized I was short a pack of joints and I did pay for them. I let it slide because of the possibility I somehow magically lost it on my 30 sec walk from the store to my car. Still didn't feel good about it, so decided to stop ordering small packs of stuff so this doesn't happen. I got a bong and started getting flower by the oz. Until a day ago I decided to get a few small things. Same old white lady with glasses, let's you leave without receipt. My stuff is in a bag, I'm parked directly in front of sessions this time. Drive straight home with the bag in the passenger seat, unpack it and of course. Just like last time, the item I order two of, one is missing, but I was charged. Either she can't count or she loves to steal weed. Something needs to change here. Every other dispensary that fulfills online orders doesn't scan the items before hand. They wait until the customer arrives to pick up the order th ..
