Don't count on your order being there…. First come first serve…. Doesn't matter if you put in an order….. Why bother…. No managers. No customer loyalty. Go to the small town shops. Support local. This is the Walmart of cannabis shops. Terrible experience.

Fix your guys website. It has major bugs and problems that you guys seem to be neglecting, I cannot choose the thc potency on the website as it won't let me slide the little slider to choose how much potency, the filter button does not work and quite useless since it doesn't work, you guys should fix this, or not have a website at all if you cannot tend to it.

Been going there for years and I'm starting to go to other places now, placing online order now you need ID and the card you ordered with, I have pictures of that on my phone was almost refused service, the man working made it difficult when it shouldn't have been. Then today's special the other day was 28g I got that asked for a second order to get my husband his drink but I was refused to do 2 separate orders was told to go to my truck and come back so I did and then he said I just served you sorry I can't. Absolutely ridiculous, spent 2k last year in your store and that's how you guys treat people and regulars! Definitely will be going to lotw or the reef they appreciate their customers.

They undercharge the workers without telling them, I worked with them for a few months back in 2021 and was supposed to be getting paid $16 but when I looked on my paystubs I was only getting $13, under minimum wage. Harshell, would hit things out of my hand and would be constantly micro managing the workers through the cameras, also in a weed store, legally there is supposed to be a manager on-sight at all times, but there was never one when I worked. T-cannabis preys on young individuals to run there stores and should be shut down, support locals like the reef or LOTW cannabis, don't support people like t-cannabis who only cared about money.
