I've been a costumer since the day they opened in Southampton and have spent a lot of money there. Yesterday I bought 2 faulty cartridges that tasted burnt and I returned to the store today to return them. They told me I needed the boxes so I went home to sort through my garbage to get them. When I returned, they told me they will not refund me. Don't expect to get any help if you purchase products that don't work. Avoid

The girl who was working tonight was awful, got there at 855pm. I went in asked for a disposable vape pen. I don't know much about canbabis. She started listing off numbers of THC. She was rushed as though I was annoying her… it is now 909 pm and this is what she sold me…. Also no receipt was given. Useless to me. Tried calling, at 902pm, no answer.

Been going for a while, and actually spend a decent bit of money there weekly. Don't ever let them sell you the wrong product by mistake though cause you're out the money. Will not return

I went in today to buy a couple joints before visiting family for the holidays, the girl who helped me was extremely condescending for absolutely no reason, she gave me one of the wrong products and then gave me attitude about it while she was doing the refund. And she overcharged me on all of the items because they were on sale, so I ended up spending 10 dollars more and she took the receipt from me.

This store is always a mess. No one of the products are organized or display prices/stats that can be clearly read. The staff are very unenthusiastic and almost annoyed when ask to help. You have good prices on some good products but I alway feel frustrated going there having to go through each product one at a time because nobody knows anything. They tell me some products are on sale but they don't know those stats either.
