Horrible service, I showed my ID which shows 2003, I am 21 years old. After I showed her my ID she said I am underage. She started swearing & yelling at me to get out of the store & also banned me. 1/10 Customer Service I DO NOT recommend coming to this location.

Where do I start. This place seems to like to gouge its customers. Very little bulk options(28g) even when freshly stocked but they seem to be overstocked in the 3.5g and 1g supplies(which are much higher in price per gram). I went in today and tried to order 2 different products that were showing available online only to find out they couldn't find either. This store is very unorganized. EDIT- Store hasn't gotten any better, if anything it has gotten worse. Checked today and now the largest quantity you can get I'd 3.5 grams. It's definitely a way to bilk as much money from their customers as possible. They should be ashamed of themselves...

Though I've had a perfectly fine experience with some staff in store and was really hoping to keep coming here to support local, I have been made to feel like a burden as a client with a disability. This business does NOT have a wheelchair accessible entrance (even for a compact chair) despite the Google business listing, and I have in fact damaged my mobility aids trying to enter. I was really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and shrug this off, but the new addition to the store of selling cryptocurrency sealed the deal on me not returning. I can't in good conscience support here anymore and will be utilizing other local retailers exclusively.
