Had my first visit to this place. Terrific and knowledgeable employees. Shared some laughs and just great service. I highly recommend going. They also allow your dogs in the store which I thought was awesome.

Well unfortunately it wasn't the same rude employees that told my dad our dog was "dangerous" and made them feel "unsafe" but I did go in to speak my peice of mind and let every customer in there know what the situation was. Not only did you loose 4500 ALMSOT a month from my dad alone you lost my business my mom and everyone I know now as well, I've told at least 10 people so you do the math! Anyways if you have an American bulldog or a "pit bull" save yourself and go to a different dispensary that's pet friendly because the employees are incompetent and think your dog is gonna kill everyone…when he has been in there multiple times, like every other dog it's about the owner not the breed, so disgraceful will never spend a cent there again and make sure Eveyone I know does not either.

For 16 months I have been Bringing my pet dog since he was a pup into the store,I spend at least $460 per month at this location .Today I was told that a new employee feels uncomfortable with my dog coming into the store.My dog is the most friendly dog and has never showed any aggression towards anyone every . So i Hope the owner reads this review Because he will never see my face or money in his store say good by to $5520 annually from just me so also my family who also will not be using Flower town . So I hope the new employee is worth loosing customers.

I has my 1st but definitely not last visit to Flowertown yesterday. I was impressed by the selection. After buying my product from a lovely blonde lady (wish I knew her name) I was looking around and purchased a grinder. Several hours later I realized I never took the grinder with me. As I walked in the store towards the counter the lovely blonde lady came out, grabbed something from the shelf and by the time I reached her, her arm was outstretched with my purchase and a smile. Thank you for the wonderful service. I will be back!!
