Never stepping back into this place again! The manager Julie should not be in management at all! She is not welcoming at all! Treats customers like we're stupid. She's very rude and not helpful. Owner should definitely find a new manager. I definitely don't recommend coming here.
Changing your store name to try to escape allegations of racism, awful rude staff (Julie especially), and poor management/ownership is crazy. Julie is genuinely the most unpleasant person i've ever met. The fact this place is somehow still open is mindboggling. If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I have been in this store a few times and the staff is always pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Julie in particular really knows here stuff. I had a previous cannabis horror story before going to this place, I was pretty nervous to try again but Julie's knowledge and kindness put me at ease and I will only get anything from her going forward. I am surprised at some of the reviews saying she isn't pleasant, I cannot imagine what those people did to get a reaction like that from her, she is a true woman who cares what you are using and isn't just looking to sell you whatever. Finding a trustworthy person in this industry can be challenging. I highly recommend this place and Julie!
Just moved back to Beamsville, cannot believe Heybud now Superbud still employs Julie. She has the most condescending and unpleasant attitude I think I've ever encountered from any human. It's very confusing as to why, but thankfully other stores in the area have opened up now so I don't have to feel like I did something wrong to her by buying marijuana at this store. I see others have also mentioned her.
I've been going to cannabis stores ever since they first open, been to every store in town and without a doubt this is the best store in town. The staff, manager and owners of the store are incredible, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and the perfect small town mom and pop shop vibes. You can definitely tell they care about their customers and making sure you leave the store satisfied and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll help you find some new and better. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks Super Bud
