Super disorganized and not a friendly place
Our local gas station, we come here for everything and the staff are always friendly. But our most recent visit here, a woman working behind the counter that I am unfamiliar with, accused me of stealing when I was just standing beside my husband, who was paying for our items.... she had a bit of a speech impediment, so I didn't understand her the first time she asked, but the second time she said, "What are you hiding behind your back?!" Then I realized that I had my hand in my back pocket and removed it and put both hands up in front of me and turned around to prove to her that I had nothing. I get that it's your job to sus put people stealing, but she didn't even apologize for wrongfully accusing me! I'll be coming here to get my mail but nothing else.
They don't honour medical exemptions, couldn't even get a coffee here. 100% will never be buying gas at a Petro Canada again. Pretty disappointed that stores don't even follow their own policies anymore. Or maybe the employees just don't read their own store policy?
Bad experience. You cannot pay at the pump. There is a lady there asking you to sign a petition. Very persistent....Also people trying to sell you polish when filling up with fuel.
Staff is excellant! The store is always clean and mostly organized. They just starting selling liquor and the selection is great for a small town business. Conveniant the post office and restaurant is attached to the same building as the gas station. My first choice out of the two gas stations to stop in Anola.
