Been going there forever and lots. Decided to try some infused pre rolls then when I got home, they would not smoke. I think it has to do with the ratio between bud and what it was infused with, the next time I went, I thought I would try again with a different brand got 2 diffeant flavors. 3 joints in each and same thing. They just would not smoke none of them , they light, but you could not smoke them, so next time I was in I mentioned that I was having these problems, and I was told that there has been a couple people now that have said that, but there's really nothing they can do. And I said, okay, so if I buy one and take it home and try to smoke it and it doesn't smoke and bring it back and it's still basically full. Because nothing's been smoked. I can get a refund, right? And no, that is not correct. Once it is opened, it is yours, so I'm giving a one star review. As I feel that you as a supplier to the customer should protect your customers. A little better I understand you didn't make the product, but you did sell the product. So you should stand behind the products that you sell.. service was always good here and the carts were good, but if you're going in, stay away from the pre rolls
