"I have been shopping here for a few years, and unfortunately, most of the products I received were of low quality, even the more expensive ones. It's very rare to find a good and high-quality item here. However, the staff are usually very nice and treat customers with respect. I hope the product quality improves in the future."

Terrible costumer service. Not only was the staff member extremely rude and not helpful their selection is terrible too. My boyfriend had two pieces of ID and I only had one and wasn't purchasing anything. She refused to serve us even though my Drivers License clearly had an ICBC address sticker on it and is a BC ID which is very obviously not a fake ID. Not to mention my License and Service Card are joined which legitimizes it even more. She was extremely disrespectful and rude I will not be coming back ever again even though I have visited in the past.Try Quantum 1 if you ask me.
