Love the interiors !! And the staff working there are amazing. Never had any problems with anything. They have a big parking area which is just so much more convenient than most of the other stores. 😊

I come to this place every so often. They have a line and tablets set up to look through their stock. The last 2 times I've been here I was the only person or 1 of 2 people in line and went up to a tablet to wait for a staff member(so I don't waste time deciding what to buy when staff is ready). Both times other people start lining up so the staff member skipped me and went to the next person who had lined up. The first time I didn't really care because I thought maybe they didn't know and just went to the back of the line; the second time I asked the female staff member(brown girl?) if I was allowed to order at the tablet and she rudely tells me there's a line up. When I tell her I know I was in it, she rolls her eyes and laughs as she helps the next customer. The customer seeing this, asks me to skip ahead once I lined up again which I declined but the staff said absolutely nothing. The female staff member looked like she was annoyed by me being there and rolls her eyes. Someone needs to retrain that girl. Why have tablets facing the customers if we can't look through them while waiting?

I feel like UEM is creating the standard by which other dispensaries should be judged. They are one of the only retail stores that I've been too since 2020 that is fully staffed with passionate and knowledgeable staff. I have never had a bad experience with their staffs recommendations nor their pleasant demeanor. 6/5

Since moving to Langley, this has easily become my favorite store. They're open late, and their early morning deals are a steal! The decor is such a vibe – really cool atmosphere. Ria is super friendly and always helpful, but the whole staff is great as well. Suggestion for the owner: Would love to see this spot turn into a chill place to smoke with some good music and mood lighting, haha.

Just dealt with Hanu and I wanted to chime in here for how exceptional his customer service is!!! I highly recommend this individual for a promotion due to his professionalism and ability to get you in and out the door. While educating you on what's on sale and what's available between strains. Great skills including knowledge and listening and demeanour. Didn't get one bad vibe from him at all.
