Yes, the products are good, however, the manager lady that usually works in the morning, is extremely snappy, and quite rude at the Hope store, so I will not be returning to this location.

There is a flamboyant guy here with tattoos that is quite rude and makes it feel like he's better than you and that you know nothing at all. I would never come here again if he's working because I'd rather feel welcomed than unwelcome. He better work on his customer service or you'll lose a lot of business.
