Not up to par with locations in Vancouver, honestly. Staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable and did not give the impression they were personally interested in cannabis culture. Felt like I was buying weed from my mom. Also, they don't have an all in one clipboard menu of their flower products, explaining it'd be too much work to update regularly, but lower mainland stores do, with a lot more product and a lot more foot traffic. Sounds like a lazy crew, honestly what I'd expect from Cranbrook actually, so way to live down to expectations! 😂

A very unfortunate experience and will not be returning. My wife and I have gone to this store quite often for about a year now. We never had a problem, pleasant staff and good pricing. However, we received a bad batch of shatter, obviously not their fault, but seeing as we are such frequent customers, I wanted to see if something couldn't be done. I had returned the next day (today) to make another purchase and see if something couldn't be done about the bad batch and the manager had stated because of their return policy nothing could be done even after explaining that my wife and I are frequent customers and probably spend hundreds per week. While return policies are understood and need to be honoured and the majority of the blame goes to the dispatcher of the shatter, I did not feel taken care of upon leaving. Not even a discount was offered on the new purchase I was about to make. Will not be supporting this store any further.
