Bought a bag of bud from this store tonight we payed for a 7 gram bag and only received 3.5 so ripped off and don't know what to do now it's been opened
Don't know why these guys have any bad reviews. They are the homies for real.
Shoutout to this BC Cannabis location, I don't know why they have those bad reviews, I've been a regular to this store for 2 years and their staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly.
Nice and broad product variety of price range and a nice top of the shelf selection.
Honestly one of the best BC Cannabis Stores that I've been.
Pro tip: If you go before rush hour they'll take time to explain about their products and answer your questions!
This place is absolutely terrible! Guy tried selling me a 7 g that is cbd when I told him I wanted the highest thc. Employees have a terrible attitude as well, take ur business somewhere else
I've been a regular customer of this store for a long time and generally have a good experience but after my visit today I will no longer be shopping here and advise others to do the same and support another store.
They had a strain I have been looking for awhile now to get so I was very happy to see it and excited to purchase it. Well I was wrong. Asking at the till for it the Arrogant rude employee refused to sell me the product . Saying that I had to buy a different strain that was older and they had to sell
Out of it before they would sell me the strain I wanted.(it's rotational strains) first off why have a product advertised for sale on the shelf if you aren't going to sell it to customer's. secondly you shouldn't be forcing customers to buy older product and refusing to sell them fresh product. After my experience if you want fresh product and good customer service find a different store.
