Excellent selection and prices. Staff are knowledgeable on products and their respective uses.
Clean and nicely laid out store.
A nice store with prices slightly lower than the average, but the costumer service leaves you wanting to burn your money, pay more in another store or simply give up.
It's usually subtle, but they will make fun of you and make you feel uncomfortable, as you can see by the several similar other comments.
I came in here with a friend of mine. We are novice to the these types of environments and we're treated with the utmost disrespect by the Asian girl working the counter today. She lacks customer service skills and at this point I find it very disrespectful for her huffing and puffing as we were asking basic questions as a quality coach, she needs a coaching opportunity and a sit down regarding her customer service skills.
You left a bad taste in my mouth.

WORST customer service ever. Danielle was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm a Burnaby local and all my friends come here biweekly or so but we've decided NEVER to visit this store again as the staff is so rude and unhelpful.
Danielle, the dark skin Indian girl is among the worst customer service rep you could interact with, she has no clue how to speak to customers.
This place is only 7 minutes away from me but I will drive 10 more minutes to go to a different store just so I don't have to deal with these unprofessionals ever again.
A note to the manager: Please train your staff on how to approach and speak to customers and find a replacement for Danielle as looking at these reviews, I'm the 10th customer who won't visit your store because of her.

Never coming back to this piece of garbage. I have been a customer for years, buying weekly. All of a sudden today, the short hair lady, who by the way SOLD ME STUFF MILLIONS OF TIMES, asks me for my ID, of course on the day I left home without it. She refused to complete my purchase. So congratulations, that's how you lose a customer forever.
