The female employees at this store are the most racist and exhausting people in all of Canada. They have always treated me with extreme rudeness and racism. I want them to know that I will be reporting this because they have refused to sell to me five times now without explanation. I am Mexican, and close friends who shop at this store have had similar experiences. If they are going on strike to demand things from the government, they should at least have trained employees. They have two Black women and one Asian woman who always treat customers badly, Zero stars

There is a black lady with lashes and black mole on face was so rude to talk and hence had no sense of talking and behaviour to customer worst experience ever felt like putting a review so please watch for her dont buy from her. Would like more friendly staff like other people i met before or guys are very good and helpful. She ruined my day with that negative way of talking.

The man and woman at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me for ID, I showed it, and then they demanded another one with both a photo and signature. They didn't accept my card and even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. Unless they change the staff, it's really not worth going — you'll just waste your time, leave empty-handed, and have a bad experience

Super friendly staff, with great recommendations— Genuinely don't understand all these poor reviews complaining about having to show ID. You live in a country that has government-run cannabis stores, and you're complaining that the government employee is asking for your government ID before selling you a substance with a government-imposed age requirement… give your head a shake What a time to be alive, when people complain about having to show two pieces of ID to buy drugs. My advice : take the compliment… You must look young. Or continue to complain on Google about how you can't buy drugs fast enough…

Had a great experience here with my boyfriend the other day. The man at the front gave us a great recommendation on a thc drink, it was delicious and the vibe perfect. Also, thanks for the tips on the buds. As I mature in my smoking habits I realize its not just about the percentage or indica/sativa its about the terpenes cannabanoids and how it mixes with you as a person. The whole store is set up so you can identify this faster with their touchscreens that allow you to find stuff based on this info and labelling around the store. Coupled with the feedback from the incredibly knowledgeable staff, their advice is invaluable! Thank you!! Was saddened to hear people complain about needing to show ID. Come on people, do better! We are so lucky.
