We are a licensed cannabis retail company with our first store opened in Courtenay, BC. We have opened our second store at 1710 Robson Street and our third store in Nanaimo, BC. As licensed stores in the new legal market, our goal is to set a standard for cannabis retail by redefining the experience of purchasing cannabis and helping dissolve the negative stigma associated with the industry.

Notice in google this location, and read the description of hr of operations on google and seen it closed at that time, that fine . Notice the " web page it is offered " and other people comments about delivery.
So head to web page it " does advertise goggle info about hr of operations " but there is ALSO this hour of operation which isn't clearly communicated in their website why have 9 am when it NOT OPEN…is this when you start taking orders who the 😡 knows …( regardless this say holiday hr )
Get there at 9 am nope should have listened to google 😒 HERE A PHOTO OF HR ON DOOR AT 9 am locked….Come back AFTER 10 am
Now BUYERS BEWARE : I take photo of items that I may or may not buy; also helps SPEED UP the transaction when you know wha you want!! I happen to take a photograph of ONE OF THEIR ITEMS but I did not buy, as I was looking for something else and they didn't carry ( I personally don't hold against the company) . I got other items instead.
But later that day I happened to go to another place later that I knew they had what I wanted, I had not deleted the pictures FROM HERE and I noticed THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT $ 1.96 cheaper. At this place I normally go to ….Pictures don't lie …..

This was my first time at their Abbotsford location. I shop at their downtown Vancouver locations and love their product selections, prices, and knowledgeable friendly assistance. The woman in the Abbotsford location, who assisted me on Wednesday afternoon, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect product for me. I felt her level of product knowledge was on point and what she didn't know, from her extensively accurate memory, she was quick to cyber-search for results. Needless to say, the rest of my day was great! I highly recommend you check them out in downtown Vancouver too, two stores are on Robson Street!
Went in to this dispensary today only because it was convenient. Usually go to Indigenous bloom. The staff was very upbeat and constantly asking if I needed help. I went to the middle till and asked for a sativa hybrid that wasn't too strong. She looked through her pre rolls and recommended space cookies snow lotus. Paid for it, asked for the receipt which she didn't give to me. I went out to my truck and googled info on the pre roll. It was indica dominant so I went in to exchange for something I actually wanted. I wasn't upset at all just wanted to exchange it. The women that helped me the first time was in the back so the other women were trying to help me out. Then out comes the women that served me and took over(Julz I think). She was rude about it and told me that's the one I wanted. Actually the preroll she recommended was supposed to be a sativa leaning hybrid and it wasn't. Then said I can't really return it cuz all sales are final and it's says so on the receipt. I pointed out that she didn't give me the receipt. Quite frankly she has a terrible customer service attitude. I have been to dispensaries in Canada, US, Holland and Thailand. Inspired Cannabis turned out to be the worst customer service experience I've experienced. I changed to pre roll for a blue dream pre roll. She gave the new pre roll to me and I asked her if there was a difference in price and she said no. Then I asked her for the receipt. She gave me the receipt and two dollars back for ..
