I've been visiting this store since it opened and have really come to appreciate the customer service. Their staff are always friendly and regularly go the extra mile, making recommendations, calling out discounts when they're available, etc. Their prices are decent and their stock rotates from time to time, but they're happy to try and order in specifically requested items where needed. I strongly recommend Smokeys Mill Creek as I've never had a bad experience. Oh, and If Whitney is working, you're 100% guaranteed to leave with a smile. She's knowledgeable, warm, funny and honest. Makes for a great shopping experience!

I'd like to come back to the last comments made by Micky Gill and Mr sigh. I think it is really dishonest of them. Indeed, I was witness of that incident. This poor guy only asked you to show your ID, and you refused! When he said it's the law you gave it to him! Why didn't you mention that in your comments!?? It's really sad to see such behaviors .Let the honest people do their job. I regularly go to Smokeys Mill, and this person has never disrespected me.
