I had an issue with a cart, reached out via phone and email, was promised a refund over a week ago, but never heard back and now they're ignoring my calls. First and last time buying anything from this company.
I had had an issue with my cart that totally ruined my day! The lovely people at Terra labs helped me out a lot! When I called to explain the issue I had Had with my cart they had got me to send a picture of it, the packaging and my receipt they fully reimbursed me and were very easy to talk to. I really Appreciated how easy they made the process and how they were able to completely change my mood :)
