Worst experience ever. The tall guy named Will was rude from the start so I decided to return my cart. After he passed me to the supervisor (the red head short girl) was also completely rude and swore at me. That was the most unprofessional and disrespectful costumer service i've ever received and especially from a supervisor of a store. Will never be going back there ever again. Beware :)
I visited this store after a not great experience at another Okotoks weed store, Wednesday July 2. I arrived around 930 am to find an intuitive and helpful budista. He was friendly and easy to chat with. He helped me navigate the menu and was able to give my husband some good info about the products he was interested in. I ended up buying twice as much as I planned, the prices were really nice. The store is charming and has great access for walk ups and parking. Check it out.
I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the store is managed with care, intention, and professionalism. Everything runs like clockwork. The products are beautifully displayed, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and checkout is always fast and efficient.
What really sets this store apart is the value. The quality of the cannabis here is absolutely top-shelf, yet the prices are some of the most competitive I've seen anywhere. I have shopped here for premium flower, tasty edibles, and potent concentrates, and never been dissapointed!
