Trying talk to "customer service"... you'd have better luck winning the lottery. Better not mess up your order. "3-5 business days" for a refund? Weird, it took 10 seconds to take it. 6 days later, my refund is still not even processed. Great job. So in another week? 2 weeks for a refund ..maybe...we'll see.
I came with a lot of different questions about vaporizers and the various generational systems, about budgets and about material, and the online chat was really very useful. A huge thanks to Claire who answered each of my questions and advised me precisely on my questions, she was very professional and warm at the same time! I know that if I have any more questions I won't hesitate to ask her!Thank you so much. Such professionalism today deserves a raise.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Try returning something 'hassle-free'. In this day and age, with a hundred companies offering free shipping and returns, it's flabbergasting how they handle things. Never had worse customer service than this. The only thing they know is to say "here's our warranty, you can find it on our website." If there's a defect, they send it for inspection AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPANSE. I've never heard of such abomination.
Oh and they beg for 5 stars reviews on Google after you chat with them. Wondering what it says about this company.
Edit: you can't reply to reviews so here's at follow-up. The email didn't answer any of my concerns and still had the same message 'please check our website'. I returned my item. Can't wait to see how long it's gonna take to have my refund.
Excellent remote customer service from Lisa today. I had at least a dozen questions and received prompt, well-thought-out and detailed responses from this worker. I'm so happy that all my questions were answered and I've narrowed my search for the perfect desktop vaporizer. Thanks again, Lisa.
