We've been working with HBI since 2004, and after more than 20 years, I can honestly say they're one of the best companies we've ever had the privilege of doing business with.
Over the years, they've been far more than just a supplier. They've been a true partner in our journey. Through every stage of growing The Next Level, they've always treated us with respect, integrity, and genuine kindness. That level of consistency is incredibly rare, and it's something we've never taken for granted.
Ashley has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's always there when we need her, always willing to help, and she genuinely cares about the people she works with. We couldn't ask for a better representative.
Josh and Betty have built something really special. You can see it not only in the brands they represent, but in the culture they've created and the way they treat the people around them. Those values have been evident in every interaction we've had over the past two decades.
Yes, the products are among the best in the industry. That's a given. But what has earned our loyalty for over 20 years is the team behind those products. Great companies make great products. Exceptional companies build lasting relationships.
From all of us at The Next Level—myself, Kacy, and Laya—thank you for everything you've done for us over the years. We're proud to have grown alongside HBI, and we're grateful to call you one of our longest-standing partners.
Five stars don't quite do it ..
Been doing business with HBI for almost 2 decades now, they have the best selection of rolling papers, they are fast to ship orders and very responsive. Our rep Ashley is fantastic.

Looking forward to many more years doing business together
HBI is the best company to do business with! I've known them since 2017 and have never done me wrong! I am so glad that i got to know them when i started my own vape company! Thank you Ashley!! keep doing your thang!
Stay away from this company!!! if you order through them, be prepared to wait TWO weeks for your products. Yes thats right. TWO WEEKS to ship from BC to Toronto. This company uses Canpar to deliver their packages and once they ship your package out, you're on your own! They take zero accountability and blame canpar for everything when clearly their processes need to be revamped. Do you like waiting an hour to speak to canpar? If not, stay clear away! This company currently takes one business day to "verify" your order. Yes thats right. ONE BUSINESS day to simply verify your order. Such a lazy team. Wow. One day to verify an order?
After they verify, they create the label and have the package picked the NEXT DAY! Another lazy process. Thats two whole days from the time you order before the items are shipped out. Once shipped out the item is shipped via GROUND FROM BC and they charge you $30 for shipping!!! There are many other options out there that supply lighters etc for the same price. Save yourself the headaches AND wait time for your products, especially if you're in the east coast.
