Caryophyllene (Pepper Spice) is found in a variety of edible plants and herbs and smells of pepper and spice, and can also be found in black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano, basil and rosemary. It has long been used in anti-inflammatory topicals and creams and is also thought to reduce anxiety, and is recommended for treating alcohol withdrawal symptoms.

Limonene (Lemon Citrus) provides a sweet lemon smell. Citrus fruits are loaded with limonene, and it's commonly extracted for use in foods, cleaning products and cosmetics. It is believed to have the potential to improve mood and relaxation, and has been known to help reduce tumor size.

Linalool (Floral Spice) is found in lavender and is most responsible for the recognizable marijuana smell. The rich floral scent with just a taste of spice makes it a popular choice for aromatherapy, especially as a scent that helps with sleep and relaxation.

Myrcene (Musk Spice) is the most common and abundant terpene found in cannabis. It's also found in mango, with a flavour profile that's a mix of citrus and musk (eating a mango 45 min. before smoking will increase THC effect). Myrcene has been known for its sedative properties and may be part of the reason cannabis has been used for pain management and is usually recommended as a supplement during cancer treatments.

Terpineol (Woody Herbal) can be found in sage, rosemary, apples, tea trees, cumin and nutmeg. It has a piney or woody aroma with hints of citrus and herbal spice. Its strong aromatic properties make it a commonly used ingredient in soaps, perfumes, lotions, and flavours. It acts as a sedative with antiseptic properties.

Terpenes are fragrant oils naturally secreted in cannabis, including other plants, fruits and herbs. They are the organic compounds that give each strain of cannabis its unique aroma, flavour and effects. These oils have been used for centuries in medicine, natural remedies and food. You get what you pay for. Not sure what's with the bummed out reviews. I've always been seriously impressed with anything Carmel. The Studio 54 is a personal fav along w almost anything else I've tried. Nice highs, with the entourage effects. I've had some concussion syndromes for the past 6 months and I feel like not only does the 54 provide relief but I feel like my symptoms are muted the next day. This is a serious grower, and they produce serious AAA+ flower. I get that it's pricey but man it always packs a punch or provides a 'high' rather than that mopey 'stoned' feeling with burnout. 100% good buds.

I was so disappointed. I saw some Carmel flower products were available. So I ran out and grabbed a 3.5 of High heat and kush life. The genetics of both sounded amazing . They claim 28% on both flowers, to be honest I don't even think they are over 20%. The flower has no terps or smell. The kush life was so dry it crumbles and the high heat was a bit better. I paid $38 per bag plus tax and I honestly feel robbed. I don't understand the hype of their product. You can find so many other options that are better. All in all, they are charging a lot of money for the product and it did not deliver any quality. If you are a real smoker beware of their product.

Customer Service is terrible and the 3.5g Animal Face I purchased even worse! Save yourself the 39.99 pretax and go to another brand entirely as what this was 2yrs ago was great, but now it looks like zero effort will be made.
