The APX Vape (V2) is a 4" palm-sized dry herb vaporizer that offers a 30-second heat time, haptic feedback, an LED display, two ergonomic mouthpieces, a silicone mouthpiece insert and a ceramic chamber that can hold up to 0.35 g of cannabis. Its five temperature settings range from 356°F to 428°F, and the last setting used is remembered the next time the unit is operated. It’s equipped with a 1600mAh battery that yields up to two hours of use (or 10 to 12 sessions) per charge. Included with the device is a micro-USB cable, a cleaning brush and a loading tool.

Though we are most recognized and respected for our APX Family line of vapes and our new portable e-rig, RöK, we also offer other vaporizers, water pipes, rolling trays, hand pipes, eNails, bubblers, silicone products...let’s just say we’ve been quite busy!

I had a customer service agent, Mary Jo, who assisted me. She helped assist me with getting the replacement vape since mine had a short circuit. The compassion and professionalism were one to be applauded. She is a great asset to the company. The customer service alone will keep me a customer The fact they are just amazing products. Great customer service. I reported a problem with an order, and they immediately responded to me. They quickly offered to replace my product or a full refund and then had a new product shipped to me the next day. Definitely recommend these guy's their customer service is top-notch 👌
Best customer service of probably any company I've ever encountered. From sending me a free additional battery along with its warranty replacement for a battery I had issues with, to the swift and above and beyond customer service reps, Pulsar has established itself as a consumer friendly company and I will always be looking to try new stuff from them.
Bought a rok from them my first wax coil was funky customer service had me fixed up in like 10 minutes sent me out a new coil and and extra 1 just to make me feel better highly recommend
I love pulsar so so much. Their products are awesome. Shipping time is top notch, my package was already shipped 3 hours after I placed my order. And their customer service is outstanding. When my unit arrived, I noticed the internals were rattling around my device. I emailed them and they quickly offered a replacement. They ended up sending me not 1, but TWO replacement devices for my troubles. I love the fact that they stand behind their product and are always there to make it right. 11/10 seriously. Never buying another battery from any other brand again. Pulsar all the way!
