Caryophyllene (Pepper Spice) is found in a variety of edible plants and herbs and smells of pepper and spice, and can also be found in black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano, basil and rosemary. Company randomly fires or lays off entire departments and facilities constantly, sometimes hundreds of people at once, then claims they are done laying people off, but it's always a lie, nearly all of upper management has been replaced in the last 6 months, their protocols are either nonsense or don't exist at all. If you get hired here treat it as contract even if it's a full time permanent role cause the company doesn't care and will probably lay you off in a few months anyway. Don't work there if you can avoid it!!!
