I'm a longtime Republic Brands consumer. I just wanted to stop by and share a recent excellent experience -- And share my gratitude to Deanna M with the Republic Customer Service Team. I've mostly had positive experiences with several Republic products -- However, I recently encountered a quality issue that we believe to be isolated. Deanna went above and beyond to make things right and resolve the issue. She's a true professional and has real empathy for customer experiences -- The ease of the resolution process is a real testament to how Republic values their customers.
I would also point out, there are many reviews here that don't portray Republic in a great light -- While I don't want to discredit others experiences as things do happen, I can however attest to my experience, in which Republic has absolutely proven they take pride in their products and stand behind their quality.
That said, I think it would be more accurately reflected here if these reviews included the many thousands of satisfied customers over the years.

I've been using your tubes and tobacco for 18 years. The past 6 months the tubes filters are too short!! I'm wasting my money! What is going on? Can't you fix the problem? You can't make a cigarette with the short filter! Please fix the problem... Thanks
I've been using the premier red tubes. Tubes are all garbage lately! 😡.. you can't even draw through them!! Really pissed about it.
Probably nicotine withdrawal too!
I don't like the boxes that the tubes come in are to flimsy a lot of the tubes are damaged and e lot of the tubes are damaged I've used Gambler for years but it's starting to be a pain in the butt it needs to be a stronger box so please upgrade the boxes
