This was my second cannabis production facility job.
It drew a fine line between cannabis happiness and employee happiness.
The morale was quite poor
Before I started working at Bold I was concerned about the bad reviews. Fortunately, I took the chance and it's an absolutely amazing place to work. I can sincerely say the management has addressed the concerns in previous reviews and turned the place around completely. It's an amazing culture to work amongst and the focus on product quality is second to none. I hope that people can see through the reviews from earlier years because they certainly don't represent the company today.
