Once a stellar employer in our town, it is now not much more than empty buildings, with a few staff. Sad to see.
Went for a visit and although I could clearly see people inside, the Visitor Centre door was locked. I was there at noon ish. Disappointing

As a client of 6 years I'm saddened by the horrible customer service at Spectrum for its medical clients. Changed my address on my account without notifying me my order gets shipped to my old house. Told me I'd get my order replaced, destroyed the product when returned and kept my money. Said it was my fault for not double checking. Will be changing providers.
I have been a cancer patient, buying my cannabis requirements from four licensed distributors in Canada - and Spectrum Therapeutics (part of Canopy Growth) for the past 3 years. I have purchased 57 orders in that timeframe but had a very bad experience regarding my last purchase. I sent a complaint to Spectrum about the quality of their .510 cartridges, because I have received brand new cartridges from them that don't work. I told them I would like to return the cartridge for a replacement or refund.
They replied asking me a bunch of questions - as though I was trying to rip them off. I sent a reply and asked to have a member of the management contact me to explain why the negative treatment? I also mentioned that I would not purchase from them again, if I didn't hear from their management on this issue. I am 72 years old and will no longer be buying anything from this company. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
