This was my GO-TO brand for quite a while, until I got a concerning bag. However this company took zero interest in learning more about my complaint or issue, and repeadetly ignored my emails, unless a follow up email is sent. ZERO SUPPORT from this company = LOST CUSTOMER! Completely disappointed. I've asked to speak to someone from the company regarding this issue to no avail... next stop is Health Canada.

Please shield your green house lights. The light pollution is terrible and can be seen easily from across Lake Ontario. This is also a huge distraction for drivers, pilots in general aviation, a problem for your own neighbours, wildlife and those people who want to enjoy the night sky. You are wasting so much energy shining your lights carelessly upwards into the sky.
