I work in a dispensary. We had 2 different cartridges by Vortex that all had massive failures. Had a great conversation with them and they told us to return them for a refund. Well, it's been around a month since we shipped them and 4 emails sent to vortex. No response of any kind. I don't like black listing companies but I don't think we will be purchasing anything from Vortex again. I'm disappointed because I actually like the cartridges when they work…
