work is fast paced, came from a factory line so wasnt bad, you have to know how to move with others. gave me full time hours so it was good for me while i was here, people who didnt pay attention or slacked off didnt last long. Cant complain tho i got a job and was working within a week, will return if i need the hours again. Staff is pretty chill but you need to get your work done like anywhere

Honestly speaking, Ministry of Labour should visit this company unknowingly reasonably being some of agencies( Capital Staffing Solutions Corp )is known as hiring people that they aren't legally qualified to work in Canada on top of that. It may lead corrupt to Motif Labs so many hardworking workers have left or fired for no cause that aren't reasonable This problem should be solved before it's too late
