Weird, it took 10 seconds to take it. 6 days later, my refund is still not even processed. Great job. So in another week? 2 weeks for a refund ..maybe...we'll see. | ||

Wish I could give 0 stars. Try returning something 'hassle-free'. In this day and age, with a hundred companies offering free shipping and returns, it's flabbergasting how they handle things. Never had worse customer service than this. The only thing they know is to say "here's our warranty, you can find it on our website." If there's a defect, they send it for inspection AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPANSE. I've never heard of such abomination. Oh and they beg for 5 stars reviews on Google after you chat with them. Wondering what it says about this company. Edit: you can't reply to reviews so here's at follow-up. The email didn't answer any of my concerns and still had the same message 'please check our website'. I returned my item. Can't wait to see how long it's gonna take to have my refund. | ||
