| Overpriced compared with my other sources and the quality is subpar. Not the high quality that is claimed by Tilray. The doctor that prescribed me the medicine had a referral system that kept trying to convince me that I needed to buy from here even though the prices were high. Not sure why the referral program is in place to such an extent. The oil I purchased came in a plastic bottle that started leaking at the bottom after it was dropped. I was also getting headaches from the oral oil. I have never got a headache from other companies that I tried. |
| I am the first Sinus patient to go on CBD oil in BC, Canada. The company was recommended to me by a panel of doctors from the pain clinic at St. Paul's Hospital. My sinus specialist wrote the prescription 8 years ago. CBD oil + is my only pain medication. Tilray's products are truly exceptional and so is their customer service. I am looking forward to their ongoing safe supply, support, dedication and delivery of their medical cannabis to us patients. I wish more doctors would prescribe cannabis instead of opioids. Tilray's staff is always available to answer any questions with their tremendous knowledge. |
| I can understand that it is the doctors responsibility to write the script, but that doesn't excuse them not being able to explain their website or introduce their product. I had to figure out how their allotment system worked, how to understand the quantities to ensure that I ordered the correct amount. They couldn't even review the script and say "OHHH!! Now I understand. Dr. is saying "X", so that means he wants you to take product "Y". I have not received my first shipment yet, and this is my first time ordering medicinal marijuana. I sincerely hope it is the best stuff on the market, because for the cost of ordering I am unimpressed. The reality that this isn't just some Pot shop, but a medicinal dispensary with regulated medicinal products. You may not be a pharmacist or doctor, but your staff can certainly explain the system and the product. If they can't even do that remove your staff that can't answer any questions anyways and save all of us a few bucks on what is starting to look like an overpriced money grab. So unimpressed. |
| Update: Thank you to Tyler in customer service as he got things straighten out with a full refund. Tyler should be running Tilray. He has the care factor down pat but unfortunately he spends part of his day defending old product. Keep up the great work Tyler your customers appreciate it! Careful of their on sale products as it's most likely very old product they are trying to dump. I received Broken Coast products that were packaged 1.6 and 1.8 years ago. They do not advertise this fact. With No refund policy in place it's buyer beware! |
| I have been with Tilray for years now and for a long while have been quite happy with them but I must say now not only has their quality gone down hill but so has their customer service! Only thing they seem to really care about now is money not their customers. With so many other companies out there now you would think Tilray would want to keep up on their service to their customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED Tilray you used to be great what happened?! |
