Non-existent customer service, they ignore you and only get one unrelated copy and paste answer then nothing. Been getting over a thousand dollars worth every month for last three years as a thirty year retired veteran and they ignore me.

When they have medicine in stock its good. However, consistently change out strains, making it extremely difficult to find and continue to use strains that prove efficacy. Poor customer service(lack of communication, discontinue medicine without informing patients, do not follow up with patients, constant shipping and processing issues.
