| Stay away from this company!!! if you order through them, be prepared to wait TWO weeks for your products. Yes thats right. TWO WEEKS to ship from BC to Toronto. This company uses Canpar to deliver their packages and once they ship your package out, you're on your own! They take zero accountability and blame canpar for everything when clearly their processes need to be revamped. Do you like waiting an hour to speak to canpar? If not, stay clear away! This company currently takes one business day to "verify" your order. Yes thats right. ONE BUSINESS day to simply verify your order. Such a lazy team. Wow. One day to verify an order? After they verify, they create the label and have the package picked the NEXT DAY! Another lazy process. Thats two whole days from the time you order before the items are shipped out. Once shipped out the item is shipped via GROUND FROM BC and they charge you $30 for shipping!!! There are many other options out there that supply lighters etc for the same price. Save yourself the headaches AND wait time for your products, especially if you're in the east coast. |
